We want to make sure your experience with The Neurodivergent Bartender is as smooth as possible. Upon purchasing any of our books, you will receive an email with a link to download the book in your preferred format. If you encounter any issues with the download, please contact our customer support team and we will assist you with the process. I'm the second paragraph in your download policy section. Our books are offered as digital downloads and we do not offer physical copies at this time. Once a book is purchased and downloaded, there will be no refunds or returns accepted.
